The year 2017 marks the 40th anniversary of the Bee Gees' legendary Saturday Night Fever soundtrack, and LBT's performance was part of a medley in tribute to the group that featured Demi Lovato, Tori Kelly and Andra Day. Kelly took the stage next and, strapped with a guitar, added some arena grandiosity to the disco flare of "Tragedy" (the 1979 cut was not originally on Saturday Night Fever, but later appeared in the musical adaptation).

A camera panned through the audience to find Gibb singing along to the tribute as well as Carrie Underwood, who was seated in the front row beside Rihanna. Day took the stage next and wailed through a stunning rendition of "Night Fever" before all the performers returned to the stage for a final refrain of "Stayin' Alive". In the last hour of the show, the country quartet shared the stage with Tori Kelly, Andra Day and Demi Lovato for a mash-up of some of the band's biggest hits.

The 59th annual Grammy Awards was hosted by James Corden at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and aired on Sunday, Feb. 12 on CBS.
