President Trump to Hold Rally in Louisville

After a day in which FBI Director James Comey dropped several truth bombs on the Trump White House - namely that the president's wiretapping claims are false and there is, indeed, an ongoing FBI investigation into Trump's links to Russian Federation - the unpopular president fled to deep red Kentucky to hold another campaign-style rally (the third of his young presidency) surrounded by folks who view him much more favorably than the country as a whole.

The Louisville event will likely feature the bravado and off-the-cuff remarks that characterized his rallies as a candidate and since he won the presidential election in November.

Trump's road trip comes as Republican leaders in Congress are attempting to shore up support for legislation that would replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. FBI Director James Comey for the first time Monday confirmed that the agency is investigating alleged Russian interference in the 2016 US election, including any possible "links" between the Trump campaign and Moscow.

Trump's rally is scheduled to begin at 7:40 p.m.
