It's the second straight year that the suburban Minneapolis police department has marked April 20 with a clever tweet.

"Undercover #420 operations are in place".

Last year, the police department tweeted a picture of snacks underneath a trap, which also went viral.

A amusing photo and caption by a Minnesota police department have a lot of people on social media smiling today.

The Wyoming Police Department posted a picture of one of its officers holding a large net next to a "trap" set for those celebrating April 20 by partaking in marijuana illegally.

Since the tweet was sent at about 5 a.m. Thursday, it has been retweeted over 60,000 times and climbing.

The Wyoming Police later tweeted that it is attempting to use humor to bring attention to substance abuse issues. During the 2017 Super Bowl, it made headlines for a jab at Justin Bieber: "If you drive drunk tonight we're going to subject you to that Justin Bieber T-Mobile Super Bowl Commercial the entire way to jail". After showing off their wildly popular pothead trap on Facebook past year. "That does NOT mean jail time".
