"Having a child, particularly your first child, is such a life-changing moment".

William agreed saying, "There's no rule book". "You are uniquely bonded because of what we've been through".

Not even a few drops of water could ruin Sunday's marathon. "When you have children it puts your own emotions and own life into perspective massively".

This comes after 10 clips were released by Heads Together promoting their #OkToSay campaign, including a FaceTime call between the Duke of Cambridge and Lady Gaga and also after Prince Harry's revelations over coping with the death of his mother Diana.

Prince Harry spoke out to say he considered running the marathon himself, but decided against it as he didn't want to be a distraction.

"I have probably been very close to a complete breakdown on numerous occasions when all sorts of grief and sort of lies and misconceptions and everything are coming to you from every angle". "Sadly, some families aren't as lucky as you guys have been and being able to share things".

Duchess Catherine and Prince William were dowsed with water when a cheeky runner at the London Marathon pranked them by spraying them with a water bottle as they went by.

That's what Princes William and Harry and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge were hoping for yesterday when they joined crowds to wave on athletes at the gruelling run. I was speaking to him and I said I won't be doing another - I think one is enough!

"It is lonely at times and you do feel quite isolated, but actually so many other mothers are going through exactly what you are going through", she confided to the women who had co-launched Mush to link up mothers. "Some of them are really good but you have to pretend you're really into them because George gets really upset if you're not".

"You always said to me, you said you gotta sit down and think about those memories, but for me it was like, don't want to think about it", Harry said. And for her part, Kate talked about the unexpected emotional changes she experienced in becoming a mother. The video was shot at Kensington Palace on the afternoon of April 19.

Prince Harry has told Sky News he considered running this year's London Marathon but wanted the focus to be on the runners raising awareness of mental health.
