Moon made the remarks at a meeting with floor leaders of the five major parties, including the ruling Democratic Party, the main opposition Liberty Korea Party, the centrist People's Party, the minor conservative Righteous Party and the minor liberal Justice Party, Xinhua news agency quoted presidential spokesman Park Su-hyun as saying.

A rap group backed by China's government is warning South Korea in a video that "you're going too far" with the deployment of a USA missile defense system opposed by Beijing.

Ties between the two countries have soured in recent months over the deployment of the powerful Terminal High Altitude Area Defence (THAAD) shield in South Korea, which Beijing sees as a threat to its own military capability.

For his part, Lee said Moon asked him to express his "gratitude" to Xi for his message of congratulations after the election. He also said he hopes to address these issues together with the new South Korean government.

China has been infuriated by the US deployment of the THAAD system in South Korea, saying it was a threat to its security and would do nothing to ease tensions with Pyongyang. "We believe South Korea will bring clear measures to improve relations", Wang said.

Later in the song, they refer to South Korea, saying, "this time, kid, you're going too far" and "your big brother's annoyed", a nod to China's view of itself as the pre-eminent political and economic power in northeast Asia.

However, Xi's comments helped push up the shares of several South Korean companies that rely on the spending of Chinese tourists, whose visits have fallen sharply amid the THAAD dispute. Shares in AmorePacific 090430.KS , its largest cosmetics firm, were up 0.9 percent. It is known to everyone that the equations of the United States with North Korea are getting worst with the passage of time. The threat from Pyongyang presents U.S. President Donald Trump with one of his greatest security challenges.

South Korea and the U.S. say it is necessary to guard against North Korea's missile and nuclear weapons activities that threaten South Korea, Japan, U.S. territories and possibly even the continental United States. Trump and Moon have both also warned that a major conflict with the North is possible.

The video - viewed by Wednesday more than 300,000 times on Facebook and Twitter and nearly 2.7 million times on the Chinese video-posting site Maiopai - represents the latest example of China's use of non-diplomatic channels to broadcast its displeasure with South Korea. His envoy for Russian Federation will leave next week.
