Ariana Grande has earned widespread praise for organising the One Love Manchester concert.

Ariana Grande and the crew from her Dangerous Woman Tour made a decision to get tattoos of Manchester bees in tribute to the city, according to reports.

The "Slow Hands" hitmaker was one of the artists who took to the stage at the charity gig and has thanked his friend - who put together the show in honour of those who were killed or injured in a terrorist attack at her concert in the city two weeks ago - for asking him to be involved.

The concert, which brought the likes of Liam Gallagher, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Take That, Robbie Williams, Little Mix, Miley Cyrus, The Black Eyed Peas, Niall Horan and Pharrell Williams, was watched globally by audiences on Facebook and Twitter, as well as on terrestrial TV channels.

Artists from Manchester Ink gave them the tattoo of the bee, which has become a symbol for the city.

The bee is a symbol of Manchester's industrial past.

Ariana, who is set to resume her tour in Paris tonight (6 June) is also on course to reach number 1 on the official United Kingdom singles chart with her song "One Last Time".

Following the horrific attacks, people across the city have been getting tattoos of the bee, shown below, in tribute. The One Love Manchester music extravaganza, which was organised by the "Side To Side" singer, has raised more than £10 million for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund so far, which will help those affected by the atrocity at Manchester Arena last month.

Since the attack on Ariana's concert at the Manchester Arena staggering $12 million (£9.6 million) has been raised by members of the public.
