Severe storms could hit the Hudson River Valley and areas westward with damaging winds and large hail, forecasters said.

SATURDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear, with a low around 59. Chance of rain 50%.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 95. High 81F. Winds NNW at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Tonight A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1am.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies and scattered rain showers will be possible, with an overnight low temperature of 68 degrees. Partly sunny, with a high near 81.
