The reality show Bigg Boss Telugu is certainly the most talked-about and highly-anticipated reality TV show for two reasons.

The statements were met with a gasp, followed by gentle laughter from the audience on the show.

The first show may manage to get good TRPs thanks to NTR and the curiosity but how long these contestants hold the interest of viewers is highly doubtful. The show has 12 celebrity contestants brought together for 70 days, surrounded by 60 cameras and cut off from the outside world in one huge house.

The first season of Bigg Boss Telugu is all set to open on Sunday.

After a stylish entry and stunning dance performance of NTR to his popular song "Don't Stop" from "Nannaku Premato", viewers were eagerly waiting to see who the contestants were. NTR, who seemed in a particularly happy mood, thanked the Bigg Boss team for giving him an opportunity to interact with TV viewers on a weekly basis. "Although the dimensions of the screen might have changed, the relationship between you (viewers) and me hasn't changed", NTR said.

The contestants, predominantly, hail from the film industry. The participants are mostly from Tollywood - actors, singers, character artistes and comedians.

The first episode of the show was totally interesting and entertaining. Superstar Junior NTR was extremely excited about making his television debut with the Telugu version of the widely popular reality television show Bigg Boss.

Then, there's Mahesh Kathi, film critic and filmmaker, who regularly appears on TV as a panelist on several topics related to cinema.

Later she went on to explain that she loves NTR as an actor. Let's see how he handles his captaincy.

The contestants are expected to wear their sound-boxes at all times and no one is allowed to sleep unless the lights are completely switched off.

Manasa Himavarsha is comparatively an unknown name for many of us.
