Kid Rock's Possible Senate Run Is No Joke to Elizabeth Warren

I have recently worked out a unique deal with BMG, Broken Bow, CAA and Live Nation to release music ON MY TERMS.

It all started yesterday when he posted a statement confirming that the website Kid Rock For Senate was not a joke and implied he, indeed, did want to run for the Senate.

"Maybe this is all a joke - but we all thought Donald Trump was joking when he rode down the escalator at Trump Tower and announced his campaign, too", she wrote "And sure, maybe this is just a marketing gimmick for a new album or tour - but we all thought Donald Trump was just promoting his reality TV show, too". I concede she is better at playing politics than I am so I'll keep doing what I do best, which is being a voice for tax paying, hardworking AMERICANS and letting politicians like her know that We the People are sick and exhausted of their bullshit! But I'll tell you this: "I don't find it amusing".

The famous rocker ― who also goes by "Detroit cowboy", "American badass" or simply "the Kid" ― hinted at a bid for a Senate seat in MI by tweeting to his fans that the website KidRockforSenate.com is real.

Kid Rock's stage name and his real name, Robert James Ritchie, also don't appear to be registered with the Federal Election Commission, leading many people to be rightfully suspicious.

This isn't the first time people on the internet have floated rumors of Kid Rock running for the Senate. CNN reports that Sen. The rocker launched a site for his political campaign this week ("Kid Rock for Senate: Pimp of the Nation/Party to the People/In Rock We Trust") and unveiled two new music videos for "Po-Dunk" and "Greatest Show on Earth".
