Users will be able to play the videos in Youtube in a picture in picture window. If you want to see videos from YouTube, Users have to go outside WhatsApp by tapping the links sent to them by their friends.

According to WABetaInfo report, this feature will let users to play videos from YouTube in picture-in-picture mode. Also, you can browse through your messages inside the WhatsApp chat as well, by hiding the video on the side. Also, the screen will zoom in on a particular spot where the user pinches. However, if you change the chat window, the PIP mode will disappear automatically. The report also says that the feature is now only available for Apple iPhone 6 or its higher variants. We have found it to be available for iPhone Beta testers and the feature is expected to be released for users with iPhone 6 and above since the videos would require a larger screen for playback.

WhatsApp may be now testing a new feature that could save a few headaches.

The feature has been in high demand from users as it was an annoying thing to use when watching YouTube videos meant going to a different portal.

The Facebook-owned chat app further brings several new updates for iOS users. The latest update includes a few more features, including the option of swiping up from the in-app camera to see videos and images from the gallery, sending multiple pics as an album, and simpler text formatting.

We can expect that WhatsApp will launch this feature soon unless they find any problem with the new feature.
