After facing defeat against John Cena, Jinder Mahal bounces back to Baron Corbin

"Although Jinder Mahal was vulnerable, there were too many variables in play".

It was Cena's distraction that helped the reigning WWE Champion was roll up Corbin for a pin in the Money in the Bank cash-in match.

Bryan Alvarez recently revealed on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Live, that Corbin has a lot of backstage heat stemming from his recent social media activity, when he managed to get into an argument on Twitter with Dave Meltzer. If having Baron fail his cash in was to give his match with Cena more of a reason to happen, then that it is just stupid.

Having Cena defeat Corbin at SummerSlam is a result that he can never come back from.

Sadly, this wasn't the case since The Lone Wolf chose to cash in his contract on SmackDown Live and become only the third man to do so and lose. If Corbin loses, especially clean, to Cena at SummerSlam, I would not be surprised if Baron Corbin ends up getting released in the next batch of "budget cuts".

How do you think a loss to Cena would affect Corbin's career?
