It comes just two hours after a separate stabbing attack took place in the Finnish city of Turku.

Germany newspaper Rheinische Post reports the reason for the killing may have been an unsatisfactory business deal between the Iraqi men and the attacker, but this has not been confirmed or denied by police.

It is understood the man aged 31, was killed after an altercation broke out in a busy street in the city centre earlier this afternoon.

The attack reportedly took place in a shop on Kipdorf in Wuppertal-Elberfeld. A manhunt is now underway and police special forces (SEK) are at the scene.

Police are conducting searches in nearby buildings, according to a special forces commander cited by Express.
