Neymar's response is the latest move in an increasingly bitter war of words following his move to France.

"As well as the 8.5 million euro bonus, the club wants "an additional 10 per cent because of delayed payment".

Barcelona spokesman Josep Vives previously said: "The club will not pay the bonus to Neymar's father".

Shortly after Neymar completed his move to PSG, Barca announced that the player would not receive a €26m loyalty bonus after they accused him of breaching his contract.

"Paris Saint-Germain reiterates that, like Neymar Jr, it has always respected all applicable laws and rules in its dealings and, once again, regrets the attitude of FC Barcelona", the statement read.

It was sent to the Spanish football federation on August 11 with a wish for it to be forwarded to the French federation and FIFA.

"The club also asks that Paris Saint-Germain assumes the payment of these amounts in the event that the player is not able to take charge".

"I don't have anything to say to the Barcelona board", Neymar said, as quoted by FourFourTwo.

The AFP reminds that "since the resounding transfer of the Brazilian to PSG three weeks ago, the catalan club is unwilling to pay a premium of 26 million euros promised to the player".

Barcelona continue to express their public disagreement after the player paid the buy-out clause to end the contract unilaterally.

Neymar seemed to be everywhere as he rejuvenated French football club Paris Saint Germain in its come-from-behind 6-2 victory over Toulouse, his second match for the squad, this time at the Parc des Princes here.

"I spent four years there and I was very happy".

The 25-year-old left his best until last on Sunday, showing brilliant control, and benefiting from a bit of luck, as he danced around five defenders before planting the ball in the back of the net in stoppage time. "Barca deserve much better", he said. At the start, I was happy. "To the other teams, it is clear that PSG has become a very serious contender".
