Minnesota's Supreme Court plans to begin livestreaming video of attorney oral arguments.

Arguments in the case related to the governor's veto of legislative funding are set to begin at 9 a.m. on August 28. Dayton has appealed a lower court's decision ruling that his line-item veto of the Legislature's operating budget was unconstitutional.

The state high court announced Wednesday that it will add the live video option to its current practice of posting video of oral arguments online after hearings are concluded.

The first case you'll be able to watch is coming up on Monday.

Oral arguments will begin at 9 a.m.in the State Capitol Courtroom.

Livestreaming of oral arguments will continue when the Supreme Court resumes its regular calendar in September.
