The high court on Tuesday granted interim protection from arrest to Ryan International Group's top officials till Wednesday in connection with the murder of a boy on the school's premises in Gurugram. The report of a fact-finding committee, constituted by the Gurgaon district administration, has detected several lapses in the school, including no police verification of bus drivers, conductors and other staff, and broken boundary wall.

Sushil Tekriwal, an advocate, said he was opposing the anticipatory bail application filed by Ryan Pinto, CEO, Ryan International Group.

The crime took place within 10 minutes after Pradyuman was dropped at the school by his father.

Additional Public Prosecutor Aruna Pai Kamath opposed the plea and sought time to file a detailed reply. Justice Gadkari, however, refused to hear him and said he can approach the court concerned in Haryana. The court adjourned the hearing but has said that the applicants can not be arrested till Wednesday.

Moreover, he said, the CCTV cameras installed in the school premises helped nab the accused.

A Haryana Police team on Tuesday questioned several staffers and manager of the Ryan International School at the Kandivali headquarters, examined documents and records.

A Mumbai Police source said the officers are still in the city and might return to the school for more inquiries on Wednesday. They approached the Samta Nagar police, who then made arrangements at the school to prevent any untoward situation.

According to the Newspaper, A minister from Haryana Government says that I have given directions to the police to file a case. "We provided adequate number of policemen to accompany them to school".

Class 2 student Praduman Thakur was found with his throat slit in a school washroom on Friday last.

As a massive outrage prevailed over the shocking incident, police have arrested two top officials of the school while the Supreme Court has accepted a petition from the victim's father for a CBI probe into it.
