The Alzheimer's Association is looking for volunteers for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's at Stewart Park in Roseburg on Saturday.

"Currently we have raised $43,500 toward our $60,000 goal with more donations coming in daily", said Susie Warman, regional coordinator, Alzheimer's Association West Virginia chapter.

Registration for the event begins at 10 a.m., and the opening ceremony gets underway at 10:30 a.m. near the pavilion at Stewart Park. The Walk in Mason City helps to keep the programs and services in and around Cerro Gordo County free.

The walk will start at the high school and head north along a two-mile route. Last year, it broke its all-time fundraising record by bringing in over $31,000.

Currently, the walk has made almost half of this year's goal and is looking for both participants and volunteers for that Saturday.
