Cunard Line to grow to four cruise ships by 2022

As with the other Cunard ships, the superstructure is white and the hull black.

The cruise line kingdom will have another queen in a few years as Cunard Line will grow to four ships.

The ship, which will be built at the Monfalcone yard and join the Cunard's fleet in 2022, will weigh 113,000 tonnes and carry 3,000 guests, a statement said.

The new cruise ship will be the 249 ship to fly the Cunard flag since the company's founding in 1839.

The cruise line has invested substantially in its fleet recently.

It has also rolled out new itineraries featuring new destinations and special event voyages for 2018 and 2019, and has tapped into high end markets, introducing new bar and dining signatures, entertainment offerings and brand partners across the fleet.
