A separate poll, conducted by The Associated Press and NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, recently showed Trump had a much lower approval rating of 32 percent, according to The Hill.

Trump's job approval rating in the poll is lower than many released recently.

According to a new Quinnipiac University poll, American voters feel good about the economy, but not about President Donald Trump.

The latest survey says that 44.6% of Pennsylvania's approve of Trump's performance, compared with 49% in their January poll.

American voters are divided on Trump's handling of the economy, the poll says, as 48 percent approve and 46 percent disapprove.

"After a turbulent stretch of heartbreaking tragedies, President Donald Trump is still deep in negative territory", said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

But only 27 percent of voters are "very satisfied" or "somewhat satisfied" with the way things are going in the nation today, while 72 percent are "somewhat dissatisfied" or "very dissatisfied". While 61% said he is a strong person, 56% said he isn't honest, 59% said he doesn't have good leadership skills, and 67% said he isn't level-headed. Only 12 states have a majority of voters who still support Trump.

Anti-Twitter sentiment hits a new high as 70 percent of voters say the president should stop tweeting from his personal account. Fifty-five percent of white voters without a college degree applauded his performance, compared to 40 percent who disapproved.

American voters say 58 - 34 percent that Trump's comments on National Football League protests were not appropriate. Just over half of voters disapprove of NFL players taking a knee during the national anthem, though 66% of millennial voters between the ages of 18 and 34 approve of the players' actions. Hispanic voters are divided 46 - 45 percent.

And voters panned Trump's handling of key issues.
