Check out Chance The Rapper's announcement for the event below. "For Immediate Release", the press release begins. He also teased that something special might be going down at the 3 p.m. showing: "Come to the one at 3 I'm good at surprises and stuff", he said.

The two theaters are ShowPlace ICON, 1011 S Delano Ct and Chatham 14 Theaters, 210 W 87th St.

The film covers Thurgood Marshall's early years as a young lawyer tasked with defending a black chauffeur in a highly publicized sexual assault case. He worked on behalf of a almost bankrupt NAACP as the nation braced for World War II. The movie depicts the life of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall (right).

Chadwick Boseman, Josh Gad, Kate Hudson, Sterling K. Brown, Dan Stevens and James Cromwell star.

Marshall now has an 87 percent fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes, but don't tell Chance we mentioned it.

Prolific television director Reginald Hudlin, who was nominated for an Oscar for producing "Django Unchained", is directing and producing the film.

By now, Chance The Rapper is known as much for his community works in his beloved Chicago as he is his chart-topping music.
