Well, Do you think the phrase "OK Google" was better and stood out from others?

If you own a Google Home, you might be aware that to call Google Assistant you have to use the phrase "Hey Google". Now it seems that this phrase is no more exclusive to Google Home smart speakers as it is rolling out to smartphones too. Soon, though, the "Hey Google" command will call up the virtual assistant on handsets. The latter has 4 and the former has 3. That makes it easier and quicker to say "Hey Google". So keep on the lookout for the notification telling you that the "Hey Google" hotword is now available on your phone. If you get this feature, you can wake up your device by just saying "HEY GOOGLE".

The new hotword was first discovered several days ago by XDA-Developers in an APK Teardown of one of the most recent updates to the Google App. Users who receive the update will receive a notification, prompting them to retrain their voices within the Google App.
