"I'm so thrilled to do it", he said. Ben Affleck hinted that the adjustments to the movie added a heat between his Batman and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman. But he's not going to do that movie [The Batman], I don't think.

Just before Justice League's release, Ben Affleck told USA Today he's contemplating playing the superhero in Matt Reeves' The Batman, the first stand-alone Batman film in the new era of DC movies that Affleck was supposed to write and direct, but stepped back from earlier this year.

Justice League is going to be a thrilling event for sure and there are many things that need to be done right so that both comic fans and general audiences can equally enjoy and embrace this film. I hope he decides to stay on as Batman, the DC universe is already unstable and a change in actor isn't something it needs.

Ben Affleck and controversial comments have become synonymous ever since he stepped out of the solo Batman film's direction. He was great. He's a hero, so he had something to channel and work with there. Capturing one of the evil alt-Batmen, the Batman Who Laughs, would take the kind of intricate approach Bill Skarsgård displayed so gruesomely in Stephen King's It.

Now, Ben Affleck is stoking the rumors himself during his promo tour of this weekend's opening of Justice League.

Affleck and Garner will be reuniting with Affleck's mom and his brother Casey Affleck for a Thanksgiving holiday at his best friend Matt Damon's house, and it all sounds like the stuff of A-list family dreams. Affleck said he doesn't want to play Batman forever, and was looking for a point to "find a graceful and cool way to segué out of it".

Then, in an interview with ExtraTV last week, he also sounded unsure about how he long he will be playing the character. Plus, we want to see him let loose as an action star.

Affleck is also due to be Bruce Wayne and his heroic alter ego in Justice League 2 and the standalone Batman movie planned by Warner Bros.
