"Use trucks. Drive over them at Thirssur Pooram or at Maha Kumbh Mela", the male voice in the audio clip could be heard saying.

The 10-minute clip quotes from the Quran and claims that it is the 50th such clip from Daulatul Islam. The male voice makes clear references to the Las Vegas shooting on October 1, where many innocent people were gunned down by a person during a music concert.

"You can poison them, ram trucks into their gatherings including festivals like Thrissur Pooram or Kumbh Mela". It happens in other parts of the world also...

In early October, at least 58 people were killed and 500 injured when a heavily armed "lone wolf" gunman opened fire from a 32-floor hotel room on an open-air concert on the Las Vegas Strip, in the deadliest mass shooting in USA history.

It further instigates the Muslims to either derail a train so that some Kafirs die. "Or use a knife", the voice in the clip says, according to the report. Security agencies have reportedly been analysing the message for past several days and the details have not been publicised so far.

The clip has surfaced at a time when Kerala Police have received inputs about at least 100 people from the state suspected to have joined the Islamic State.

Rashid Abdullah has been charged by NIA under IPC sections 120B r/w 125 and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) sections 38, 39 and 40. Interpol had also issued a red notice against him. The Kerala police have started its investigation into the matter.

"If you are not able to do that despite your prayers and efforts, then you should financially support Daulatul Islam and Islamic State", the male voice said.

Former special director of Cabinet Secretariat, V Balachandran said: "This is very serious".

Reports state that the male voice in the audio is believed to be of Rashid Abdullah - the alleged leader of the Islamic State module in Kasaragod who had left the country to join the outfit in Afghanistan.
