The 35-year-old Saskatchewan native has recorded 318 goals and 372 assists in 1,203 career games with the Philadelphia Flyers, Columbus Blue Jackets and Predators since being selected by Nashville with the sixth overall pick in the 2000 draft.

The Capitals are 7-3 in their last 10 vs. Filip Forsberg leads Nashville with eight goals, P.K. Subban has eight assists and Viktor Arvidsson has 55 shots on goal. Alex Ovechkin has 13 goals and six assists to lead the Capitals while Evgeny Kuznetsov has three goals and 16 assists.

Regardless, Rinne is 8-2-2 with a solid 2.23 goals-against average and.929 save percentage, and this is the type of marquee matchup where the crowd will be a huge factor while getting behind him. Take Nashville to beat Washington.
