The slot-fade, the way the Eagles run it, forces the outside corner to play the smoke route, giving the slot corner more area on the boundary for the quarterback to work with.

The Eagles are road favorites against the Cowboys in a massive NFC East showdown. According to OddsShark, the Eagles are favored by 5.5 points, and the over-under is set at 47 points.

This line jumped up a point and a half, which means that plenty of money was coming in on Philadelphia's end. Sean Lee is out, Tyron Smith is out, and Ezekiel Elliott is suspended.

Philadelphia comes into this game riding a seven game winning streak and resting off a bye. The computer projects a 26.2-20.4 Eagles victory. As of Sunday morning, almost 75% of tickets were on the Eagles to cover the spread. The Eagles are 8-1 straight up, and have been nearly as good in Vegas going 7-2 against the spread. Six of the Eagles nine games have hit the over on the point total.

A loss tonight will drop Dallas to 5-5 and further out of the NFC playoff picture.

The former South Carolina Gamecock's stats aren't top tier this season, but what his 34 receptions for 500 yards and five touchdowns have shown that he can take over a game at any given moment. Prescott is performing just as well in 2017 and is on pace to throw for more touchdowns this season. The fact that they're also missing Sean Lee, the man who keep their defense solvent, is nearly just as distressing. Dallas didn't look good against the Falcons last week at all, but a division game against a familiar opponent can bring out the best in you. The Cowboys lost against the Broncos, Rams, Packers and Falcons. Unfortunately for the Eagles, the Redskins choked it away, and credit New Orleans for pulling out an improbable win.

With the amount of injuries combined with the absence of Elliott, the Cowboys face their toughest test of the season tonight. While we expect a close contest, the Eagles offense poses a lot of mismatches for a Cowboys defense that has struggled. The Eagles won 33-27 in OT on November 18, 2015. Cowboys Cover +5.5 Spread.
