Matt Macey has signed a new deal with Arsenal.

Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is among three youngsters to have committed their futures to the club by signing new long-term contracts.

They may not be as vaunted as the "English core", but Eddie Nketiah is a very, very promising young player who has already seen some big minutes this year - he scored both goals in Arsenal's Carabao Cup win over Norwich in October, and played a few minutes in the Europa League against BATE Borisov. Looking forward to pushing on and continuing my development at this great club.

"Thanks to my family and friends for all the support, God is good!"

Nketiah has made four first-team appearances so far this season, appearing off the bench in three of their four Europa League games, as well as his telling contribution in the cup.

Ben Sheaf has signed a contract extension at Arsenal.

All the trio have made their first team debuts under Arsene Wenger in the current campaign and Arsenal have acted quickly to reward the three talents with fresh deals.

The trio have now joined fellow youth-team player Joe Willock, who has also impressed with the first-team this campaign; he agreed new terms with the club earlier in the campaign.

A club statement said: "We would like to congratulate all players on their new contracts and wish them every success as they continue their development with the club".
