If you've already started to lose count of Huawei's bezel-shrinking 2:1 smartphones, especially when also taking Honor releases into account, don't worry, there are still many more to come.

With the Huawei Nova 2S expected to compete in a mid-to-upper range segment of the handset market, it seems as if the manufacturer is playing it safe. Although they announced Honor 7X and Honor View 10 yesterday, there is still one smartphone - Nova 2S which will be announced tomorrow in Beijing. Further, the SoC will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On the front, it will sport a 6 inch 18:9 FHD+ display.

The video doesn't say anything about cameras. Of course, the camera remains true as last time, using 20MP + 16MP sensor for the rear, while the front uses dual 20MP for each sensor. The phone will reportedly run Android 8.0 Oreo and has a 3,340mAh battery. The home button also doubles as a fingerprint scanner, and power and volume buttons located on the right side of the device.

Another leak from December 4th, reported by, suggests that the Huawei Nova 2S will cost $392.92 for the 4GB of RAM and 64GB SSD option. More traditional variants like black and gold will likely be offered, but for those looking for something a little different, the choice for an unusual color is a nice touch. What are your thoughts on this upcoming smartphone?
