Especially since they will have gone through the same steps to become members of the royal family!

It'll also "include mastering micro-expressions, key words and other signals to let either her family or law enforcement know if she's under duress from captors".

Curtseying is a traditional gesture of greeting and an important one in the royal court. For if the Duchess of Cambridge expressed her congratulations to the little couple, the message was simply cordial.

This is due to a rather outdated rule which states that a woman's status is validated by her royal husband, the Mail explains. "But hey, she's marrying the prince of Britain-how exciting for her".

Markle will indeed be expected to curtsey to the Queen's daughter, Princess Anne, along with Harry's cousins Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, who are Prince Andrew's children.

The 36-year-old former Suits star has had only good things to say about the Queen.

When it comes to the men, the rules are simpler - if a man has Prince in front of his name, Markle will curtsey.

The current rules on who-curtseys-to-who were first drawn up by the Queen's private secretary, in a document in 2005.

A document entitled "Precedence Of The Royal Family To Be Observed At Court" was created in 2005, with its objective to clarify Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall's position in the hierarchy following her marriage to Prince Charles that year.

Christopher added: "Her place in the order of precedence is behind the blood royal Anne, Alexandra, Beatrice and Eugenie, although when William is by her side she is not expected to curtsey to the last two".

However it may be wise for Markle to try and get her head around the rules, as they're largely still followed in the royal court.
