Here Reportedly Are Four Teams Giancarlo Stanton Will Accept Trade To

The Giancarlo Stanton trade saga continues. Per reporting from The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal, Stanton is now focusing on the Dodgers and Yankees-and not the Giants or Cardinals.

Reports earlier this week suggested that potential deals were in place with the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals, but Rosenthal writes that Stanton is unwilling to accept deals to those teams. And considering he has a full no-trade clause, he has no obligation to do the Miami Marlins any favors.

But here's the thing: Even if these are teams Stanton would be willing to play for, the question is whether they want him.

Craig Mish of SiriusXM reported that Stanton would also accept trades to the Chicago Cubs or Houston Astros. Both the Dodgers and Yankees are looking to get under the luxury-tax threshold, and taking on Stanton's deal would make that extremely hard.
