He's seems to be outside Jose Mourinho's thinking right now having dropped off following a strong start to the season.

The Armenian global captain came off the bench in a 1-0 win over Brighton at Old Trafford.

Many are now wondering what's in line for Mkhitaryan at United this season. "I'm going to take off the smallest guy". If someone believes it is karma then OK.

"I wanted to show what I could bring to the team, to prove myself". "We just have to be focused on whatever we're doing".

Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata has disclosed that teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic typically refers to himself as god. Here is the link to our MUFC starting XI prediction.

ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC ANNOUNCING that "God has arrived" left Manchester United's kit men quaking in their boots, Juan Mata has revealed.

The Armenian said: "Zlatan has a strong temper".

Many fans were delighted with the Spaniard's arrival but knew that Moyes' only bought him to try and rescue his own career at Old Trafford.

"Firstly, that I had no kind of personal problem with him, no matter what the press said". We kept in touch even when he was recovering out of Manchester.

He continued, stating: "Everyone knows Ibrahimovic calls himself the God".

"He's getting more and more games at Manchester [United], so if he wants to come he's going to come, but I would say it's like 50/50 at the moment".

"That's his reasoning. I understood it, because he'd told me what he was going to do before the change".

I don't expect Jose Mourinho to go all out and play extremely aggressive in this one, but I also don't think he'll park the bus either.

United lie eight points behind Pep Guardiola's side in second and face their unbeaten rivals in what already feels like a must-win clash.
