For now, she is spreading the good news about the movie's sales thus far.

An wonderful featurette for Marvel's highly anticipated film Black Panther has been released!

The former record was held by Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War", in which Chadwick Boseman's King T'Challa, known as "Black Panther", made his first onscreen appearance.

"'Black Panther' is riding an incredible wave of momentum right now".

Marvel Studios' Black Panther follows T'Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. "Tickets have been going fast ever since pre-sales started on Fandango late Monday". Viewing figures for "Black Panther's" first trailer last summer were so high, the teaser immediately became one of the three most-watched Marvel trailers in its first 24 hours. "Avengers: Infinity War", which includes several of the "Black Panther" characters, is No. 2. The third Captain America film went on to gross over $1.2 billion worldwide.

One of the film's stars, Lupita Nyong'o, said on Twitter she tried to buy tickets and opening night showtimes were already sold out. Current estimates have "Black Panther" bringing in just around $85 million on its opening weekend on Feb. 16, still far below "Deadpool's" February record of $132.4 million.

The film also stars Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, and Winston Duke, with Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis.
