The Wildcats enter play with a 15-4 overall record and a 5-3 Big East Conference mark, while the Golden Eagles are 13-6 overall and 7-1 in league play. The 84 points, 56.9 percent shooting (33-of-58) and the 33 made field goals were all season-high efforts. The game is scheduled to get underway at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 20, 2018. Georgetown ranks 326th in the NCAA in ball protection (turnover percentage of 22.3 percent), while the pesky defense of St. John's forces the fourth-most turnovers in the nation (25.2 percent). In the first, the Red Storm lost 69-66.

Amani Wilborn and Erika Davenport were the lone Golden Eagles in double figures, scoring 17 and 10 points respectively.

Georgetown averages 40.3 rebounds per game, which ranks 20th in the nation. Georgetown's rebounding was their largest advantage.

DePaul would do well to ramp up its defensive game against the Hoyas and come away with another shutdown in this city.

A loss at Marquette was followed by a four-game winning streak in which the Blue Demons prevailed by an average of 26 points per game. The Hoyas rank 239th in three pointers allowed per game (24.8).

On Friday, Georgetown (8-10, 3-5) had its best offensive performance since opening the season with a 93-41 victory over Howard. The same was true from beyond the arc, where DePaul shot 30.3 percent on the day, over five points below its season average of 35.5 percent.

During their last five games, the Hoyas have scored an average of 68.4 points per game (9.1 below their season average) and allowed an average of 79.8 points per game (8.9 above their season average).
