Earlier this month, we have seen several leaks about the Zenfone 5 smartphones. The company has already confirmed to unveil them at the upcoming Mobile World Congress.

It's still, however, unsure whether this is, in fact, the rumored Zenfone 5 primarily because that is expected to be launched in the mid-range segment. Well now, a live image of what's allegedly the ZenFone 5 has surfaced online, and, it reminds us of the iPhone X.

A new Asus smartphone with model number Z01RD has been spotted on Antutu.

The model listed comes with an FHD+ resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio which means it will be a full body display and 6GB of RAM with Android 8.0 out of the box.

From the picture, it's discernible that the phone has tried to emulate the iPhone X with its narrow bezel display and notch up top. With Snapdragon 845 processor inside, we expect Zenfone 5z to be the Asus's 2018 flagship smartphone. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. 32GB is a bit less for a flagship device, therefore we might see a 64GB and 128GB of internal storage variants too.

It's only a week more before the MWC embarks on to give us the biggest stars of this year in the smartphone market.

The Asus Zenfone 5z scores a 238129 score on Antutu.
