Locklear was arrested for investigation of domestic violence and fighting with sheriff's deputies at her California home, authorities said Monday, Feb. 26, 2018.

Locklear was initially charged with one count of battery on her boyfriend, a felony, and three counts of battery of emergency personnel, which are misdemeanors. This is because she is still facing numerous counts of battery for allegedly hurting the responders during the February incident.

The D.A. has charged Heather with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer.

Locklear was arrested in 2008 on suspicion of driving under the influence, and she and her ex-boyfriend Jack Wagner were ordered to appear in court after a reportedly violent fight in 2011. Officers allegedly found Heisser leaning over the bed and restraining Locklear by her wrists as she laid on the bed.

Heisser alleged that he was being hit by his partner and explained he did not hit Locklear.

Moreover, Locklear will not be charged for striking her live-in boyfriend Chris Heisser, the reason why police were called to her Thousand Oaks home last month, according to TMZ.

Locklear - who got her big break playing Sammy Jo Carrington on "Dynasty" in the 1980s - is accused of punching two officers, kicking one in the groin and calling another a "c-t" during the wild scuffle. The 56-year-old also lashed out at the officers, saying his kids deserve to die.

The officer said deputies had struggled to get Ms Locklear, a former star of U.S. soap opera Melrose Place, into a police patrol auto.
