Bournemouth boss Howe fires warning at Tottenham

Tottenham's disappointing week looked like it could get even worse on Sunday as Junior Stanislas put Bournemouth ahead in the first ten minutes.

"There is still a lot of work to do, still a lot of things can happen with eight games to go". I was very pleased with the players and I thought we played with a little bit of naivety in the end chasing the match.

Victor Wanyama is pushing for a recall so I think we could see the Kenyan worldwide come in alongside Mousa Dembele and Dier given time to recover from his injury.

"We started the second half really well, we tried to be on the front foot as best as we could". They are obviously a great team, but not the style that we want to play.

However, Pochettino is expected to stick with his policy of rotating his full-backs so we should see Serge Aurier come in for Kieran Tripper at right back while Danny Rose could replace Ben Davies on the opposite side.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe says that he is "proud" of his players, despite falling to a 4-1 defeat at home to Tottenham Hotspur.

To begin with, the lad outright refused to give the Belgian the ball back and then threw it at his legs, with the linesman giving him a telling off for his antics.

That result means that Howe's men have been unable to pick up a win from their last three games in the league, leaving the Cherries slightly looking over their collective shoulder at those scrapping to avoid relegation.
