The actor himself appears in a short trailer promoting his role, and stating the game gets "10 Goldblums out of a possible 10 Goldblums".

Announced during the Microsoft E3 2017 conference, Jurassic World Evolution tasks players with operating Isla Nublar and the surrounding islands.

Much like Operation Genesis before it, Jurassic World Evolution will allow players to build their very own version of the iconic film franchise's theme parks, albeit with a modern day makeover and the various new scientific upgrades featured in Jurassic World. However, that isn't the only capacity in which he'll be playing Dr. Ian Malcolm again.

Fans disappointed about the lack of Goldblum in the movie can take solace with video game Jurassic World Evolution, with Universal announcing that Goldblum's Ian Malcolm will act as a guide for players throughout. "That's my highest rating". Despite that, it's already been given 10/10 Goldblums, which makes it the greatest game ever made.

Goldblum will also reprise the role of Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, set to arrive in theaters this June. For the first Jurassic World we saw a few different mobile games, but this time around, we're getting something a little more serious: Jurassic World Evolution, a park builder that's coming later this year to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Other games from Frontier Developments aside from the RollerCoaster Tycoon series include the similar theme park simulation titles Thrillville, Screamride, and Planet Coaster, meaning the people behind this project have notched a lot of experience in making sim games like this work.
