The 44th President of the United States picked Michigan State to win the 2018 NCAA Tournament in a bracket posted Wednesday afternoon.

Obama filled out a bracket every year that he was in office. Villanova and defending champion North Carolina rounded out his Final Four.

The former president warned, "Just because I have more time to watch games doesn't mean my picks will be any better, but here are my brackets this year". There are some upsets in there including Loyola-Chicago (11) over Miami (6).

Beyond a few 7-10 upsets, Obama is sticking with the chalk this year.

Obama has UConn winning the NCAA Women's National Championship. In fact, the lowest seeded team to reach the Sweet 16 in his bracket is West Virginia, the No. 5 seed in the East. That one, however, was his correct national title pick: North Carolina. On the women's side he selected UConn to defeat Mississippi State in the championship game with the other Final Four selections as Notre Dame and Louisville. UConn beats longtime rival Notre Dame in the national semifinals and Mississippi State for the title.

He declined an invitation past year from ESPN to do so on-air, as Obama did during his presidency.
