(G.N.S) DT.16 The 2018 OnePlus flagship smartphone will be Amazon exclusive in India, according to a report by Gadgets 360. The video indicates that the Chinese smartphone maker is likely to continue its long-standing relationship with e-commerce giant Amazon and the device will be available exclusively via Amazon India. One of the ads that played before the movie started was a 15-second video spot dedicated to the new OnePlus 6. However, like it did with the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T, the OnePlus 6 will also, eventually, make its way to offline stores as OnePlus is now trying to capture a market that strays away from shopping online.

OnePlus has not officially confirmed the release date for the smartphone, though some leaks have claimed it could launch in May in China. The same is expected to continue with the OnePlus 6, making it a readily available affordable flagship smartphone. On the other hand, the 128GB and 256GB variant of the smartphone will cost buyers CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 39,300) and CNY 4,399 (about Rs. 45,600), respectively.

OnePlus 6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, which is the latest one from the chipset manufacturer. The report also adds that the OnePlus 6 will have a slightly bigger 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The OnePlus 6 will run Android 8.1 via its OxygenOS shell. The device will carry a larger 3450mAh battery as compared to the outgoing OnePlus 5T, which had a cell with a capacity of 3300mAh. The new setup focused more on improving the camera's performance in low-light settings. The last thing we expected to see was a brand new promo for an unreleased phone, but that's exactly what happened. As for your selfies, the OnePlus 6 features a 20MP f/2.0 front camera which will take care of that.

In addition to this, the OnePlus 6 has been spotted in a leaked promotional poster (via ITHome).
