She is now preparing a federal civil complaint against Kelly, according to her Philadelphia-based attorney Lee Merritt.

The Washington Post reported that the woman claims that she had been in a relationship with the singer from last June to February. Merritt stated, Kelly engaged in "several forms of criminal misconduct" including "unlawful restraint, furnishing alcohol and illegal drugs to a minor, and aggravated assault (via the referenced intentional STD infection)".

Through her lawyer, the woman further alleges that she was "being groomed to join Kelly's sex cult", allegations of which first arose a year ago when parents of two young women living with Kelly told Buzzfeed they believed their daughters were being manipulated, abused, and prevented from contacting family.

When Alexis joked that she could lose her job because of Staples' comments, Staples imagined what an R. Kelly x Coachella set might look like.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Savage said that he initially had this theory, but it became a real possibility when other young women claimed that it was true. The singer's camp denied the initial reports, as well as those of the woman who have come forwardsince.

The complaint alleges that Kelly was grooming the woman to join his alleged "sex cult", and that she had been told she would have to sign a contract and cough up sensitive information about her and her family as "collateral".

"Six women live in properties rented by Kelly in Chicago and the Atlanta suburbs, and he controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records", the article claimed. He calls them pets'. These offenses occurred while our client was being groomed to join Kelly's sex cult. The woman is not named in the Post's report; it's not clear how old she is now, nor what disease she allegedly contracted. She accused Kelly of infecting her in Dallas in December while he was in he city for a concert at the Music Hall at Fair Park.

The woman has also reached out to Joycelyn Savage's parents after they accused Kelly of turning their daughter into one of his sex slaves.

'Mr Kelly unequivocally denies such allegations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name'.

She also claimed that Kelly forced the two women to engage sexually as well by making the teen "crawl on the floor towards" Jones and "perform oral sex" on her. Jones says Kelly then proclaimed, "This is my f-ing pet, I trained her". "We need a witness to speak up". The release states that Merritt will hold a news conference Wednesday at Dallas Police headquarters.
