Draymond Green has a long history with flagrant fouls in the postseason, and he added to it against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night. The two players were battling for position to collect a rebound. Therefore, Green openly wondered why he was penalized, while Bertans was not. He threw an elbow towards Bertans, who seemed to embellish the contact with a bit of a flop.

Bertans dropped to the hardwood holding his face. Green compared the incident to "like I was in the WWE". Green said. "I couldn't just get grabbed around my neck". I'm not going to sit up here and say I did nothing. I've got to get someone off my neck, though. "That's really my only thing".

The officials reviewed the play for a potential hostile act.

Green has one flagrant point on his record this postseason; five points equal an automatic one-game ejection. Green was suspended for Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers after the league assessed Green with a Flagrant Foul 1 for retaliating over LeBron James standing over him during a Game 4 skirmish. The Warriors eventually won the game 116-101.

"We opperate a way that if something needs to be said you say it, so I definitely say it". "It is what it is", Green responded. "Life goes on. There's more important things in life than worrying about a flagrant point". Maybe it'll get rescinded.

Green contended he "got choked" and was "put in a choke-hold" by Spurs forward Davis Bertans. So it might get rescinded.
