Deadpool 2's Original End Credit Scenes Were Going to Be Outrageous

The more genetically modified humans, the merrier, right?

The post-credit scene for the first Deadpool was simple and very amusing, but the original after-credits scene for Deadpool 2 would have likely caused a big stir. But might they have been even better with the inclusion of a (literally) hot-headed Marvel Comics hero? "One was Chris Evans as Human Torch", Wernick told Uproxx when asked about post-credits scenes that didn't make the final cut of Deadpool 2.

The writer said: "There were different codas kicked around".

It's easy to assume that Evans turned down the chance to reprise the role he played in the 2005 flick Fantastic Four and its 2007 sequel, but the screenwriting duo never actually took the idea of having the actor in Deadpool 2 past the pitching stage. And we thought we don't want to leave the crowd on an "ohhhh". In those trailers, we see that Deadpool interviews people to be members of X-Force in the movie.

Another, altogether more weird, idea saw Deadpool killing Hitler as a child - "Deadpool goes back and kills baby Hitler at the very end", said Reese.

"We took out the killing of baby Hitler", Reese said. "That's what was supposed to happen".

Not only were a few loose ends tied up, but they also made for hilarious viewing (you can read at length all about the scenes and what they mean here - although we should warn you, they obviously contain spoilers). So it ended up coming out ... He finds a Sharpie and draws a moustache on the baby - a little baby moustache - and says "Maximum effort!"

They revealed that Deadpool is at a German nursery and is leaning over the crib of baby Hitler. "It does make you squeamish".
