Harry Styles' life becomes a sitcom

Harry Styles is set to executive-produce a new sitcom loosely based on the early days of One Direction, titled 'Happy Together', which will air on American network CBS this US Autumn / NZ Spring.

The show will be called Happy Together and will star Damon Wayans Jr. and Amber Stevens West, who play a couple living in London who a young artist while he figures out his next path.

The plot is based on an actual period in Harry's life, when he lived with producer Ben Winston and his wife Meredith shortly after finding fame on The X-Factor.

During that time, Harry lived in award-winning producer Ben Winston's home when the house he initially wanted to move into wasn't quite ready, according to Rolling Stone. During this period, Harry lived with his friend Ben Winston, who opened up to Rolling Stone a year ago about what it was like to house Harry just as he was becoming a superstar.

Winston has directed a number of One Direction music videos and is now an executive producer on The Late Late Show with James Corden. "And when he moved out, we were gutted".

Amber added: 'This is his story, and even though we're not telling it exactly as it happened, people are going to ask questions - like, "Did this really happen to you?" "So I think he really, really does care".

He continued: "We'd be in bed like an old couple... and the door would go off". He has also recently ventured into the world of acting, with his appearance in Christopher Nolan's latest epic Dunkirk.

Turns out Happy Together is based on his own life.
