The Atlantic Coast Conference doesn't appear to think March has enough Madness.

The ACC is in the process of holding its annual spring meetings this week on Amelia Island in Florida and the latest news breaking is that the conference will be drafting a proposal to expand the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament yet again.

"The idea of having two First Fours, if you will, maybe geographic", said Swofford, who revealed the proposal came from the ACC coaches.

The NCAA tournament expanded from 65 to 68 in 2011, and since making the move, at lest one team that's played in the First Four has won at least one other game in the tournament. You could have one maybe in Dayton and one in the western part of the states.

Other basketball recommendations include moving back the 3-point line, widening the lane and a shot-clock reset to 20 seconds after offensive rebounds, which were all experimented with in the most recent NIT.

Among rule changes that are being considered, ACC coaches are. "We'll see. I don't want to get out ahead of the train".
