Almost two years after Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, the former power couple have reached a new temporary custody agreement over their six children for this summer, Us Weekly confirms.

Things are not looking up for Angelina Jolie in her lengthy custody battle with Brad Pitt over their children.

According to documents, the issue stems from the children's lack of relationship with their father due to the amount of time they are spending with Jolie.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a judge in Angelina and Brad's divorce case determined that the former couple's six children "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", and adds that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

The court laid out specific dates and hours that Jolie, 43, must make her younger children available to their father, 54, this summer: both in London, where she is shooting "Maleficent 2", and in Los Angeles.

Angelina must give Brad the cell phone numbers for each child and he is allowed to call them whenever he wants.

The court also addressed the children's visitation with Pitt, organizing a schedule for said visits during the summer months, during which Jolie is not allowed to be present.

But a judge has threatened to change their arrangements if Jolie doesn't start giving Pitt access to their brood.

The Moneyball actor will have custody of the minor children for 10 hours each day from June 27 to July 1 with the other psychologist present. The court also forbid her from reading the text messages that Brad sends to his children.

The court also outlined a new custody schedule for the children for the northern summer.

Brad Pitt, Jolie and their family arrive in Japan in November 2011. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation.

Because he's 16, Maddox gets to decide how much time he wants to spend with his father. Pitt will have physical custody of the minor children (except Maddox) for four hours a day from June 8-17 in London, where the Jolie rents a home during filming. From early to mid-July, he'll have the kids for four consecutive days, and in late July they'll stay with him in Los Angeles for about a week.

In some ways, the globe-trotting Jolie has come to resent Pitt for "essentially forcing her to settle down in Los Angeles with the kids", Us Weekly reported in May.

When the kids are staying with their dad, Jolie can only call them once a day at a prearranged time.
