Sanders responded shortly after in a tweet, claiming she was at her "daughter's year-end Kindergarten event" when CBS News "ran a story about [her] "plans to leave the WH" without even talking to" her.

CBS News is reporting that press secretary and deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Raj Shah will be leaving the White House. She replaced Sean Spicer.

Sanders and Shah did not respond to repeated request for comment, according to CBS. "I love my job and am honored to work for @POTUS".

However, Sanders disputed the story and said CBS never asked her if she was planning on leaving.

Both Sanders and Shah are weighing future options, Fox News has learned, which may or may not include their departures from the White House. The administration consolidated duties in many instances and also simply left some positions open. She became the dean of Trump administration communications directors, sticking around a good six months before resigning the day after she testified before the House Intelligence Committee.
