However, Ball's diss track was a response to Kuzma making an award video on Bleacher Report with the sole intent of ripping shots at Ball. The fun is over.

If you're Magic Johnson, Rob Pelinka, or anyone else in the Lakers front office, and you're trying to recruit the biggest free agents on the market this summer - LeBron James, Paul George, etc. - part of your pitch is that these young Lakers core guys are mature enough to make big leaps with their game next season and turn this into a playoff team (or more).

Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma have roasted each other on social media a good bit since becoming teammates this past season, but the latest round of ribbing resulted in a meeting with Lakers management, according to ESPN.

A few days ago, Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball to his roasting of teammate Kyle Kuzma to the next level when he released a diss track titled, "Kylie Kuzma", that referenced Kuzma not knowing his father because he has never met him before in real life.

"The Lakers had grown concerned about the increasingly personal nature of some of the recent roasting between two of their young stars", wrote Ramona Shelburne and Ohm Youngmisuk.

Ball and Kuzma took pride in being able to respond to each other's jokes, like it was a badge of honor.
