We're sure his wife Kate, kids, George, Charlotte and Louis, as well as the whole royal family will celebrate with him today, many people have been celebrating the day on Twitter by posting collages, throwbacks and amusing gifs.

Kensington Palace confirmed: "Prince Louis will be christened by The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby".

Kensington Palace, which handles matters relating to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their families, shared a photo of William looking dapper at a recent black tie event with the caption: 'Happy birthday to The Duke of Cambridge!

The baby prince will be baptized by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, who recently Wednesday Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Royal watchers have already been treated to some photos of newborn Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte together, in images taken by mum Kate Middleton.

What will Prince Louis wear at his christening?

The baptism will be a private affair, lasting around 30 minutes.

George held William's hand, while baby Charlotte was pushed by Kate in a vintage pram, previously used for two of the Queen's children. Welby in May performed the wedding of Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes told the Express: 'As with George and Charlotte, the Duke and Duchess chose close and trusted friends and aides, rather than immediate family members, and the odds suggest that will be the same with little Prince Louis'.
