The win ended a seven-year drought for the 34-year-old Na, who won the Shriners Open in Las Vegas in 2011 and despite some close calls had not taken home a trophy since.

"I'm always up there", said Na, who has 65 career top-10 finishes.

Na found a fairway bunker at seven and settled for par but resumed his birdie binge with a 43-foot putt at the par-3 eighth, a tap-in birdie after putting his approach at nine inches from the cup and sinking a 23-foot birdie putt to start the back nine. He finished off a bogey-free final round to post a 22-under 266, two shots clear of Kyle Jones (69) and Sebastian Munoz, who birdied his last two holes to salvage a 70.

"It feels incredible. I see the record every time on TV - the most top fives, the most top 10s without a win", he told CBS. Four players shot 65 on Thursday, and many more crowded the leaderboard after posting 66s to start the tournament. Na has four top-10 finishes this year on the PGA Tour, including a second-place finish at the Genesis Open in February and a fourth-place finish at the Forth Worth Invitational in May.

Brandt Snedeker and Jason Kokrak finished tied for third at 13 under.

Austin Cook finished tied for fifth place, with all five players earning a qualification spot for the upcoming Open Championship at Carnoustie. The top 25 earn PGA Tour cards at the end of the season. Bradley's putt lipped out and still rolled 7 feet past the hole, leading to a double-bogey.

They went back to the 18th tee for the playoff, and Knox pitched from 131 yards to virtually the same spot on the green.

After Knox made a birdie on No. 18 to close with a 6-under 66 and set the clubhouse target at 14 under, New Zealand's Ryan Fox missed an eight-foot birdie putt that would have won the European Tour Rolex Series event, shooting a 68 to set up the extra hole.

"It feels wonderful", Na said.

The Old White TPC dried out on a sunny Saturday and scores weren't as low as the first two days when rains softened the course and yielded eight rounds of 63 or better.

Defending champion Xander Schauffele and Kevin Na were at 13 under.
