Prince Louis was born on 23 April, with Kensington Palace announcing the happy news on Twitter, sharing a statement that read: "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs".

The 11-week-old will be baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, in the palace's Chapel Royal.

Prince Louis was christened today.

The Duchess of Sussex, who is on an official tour of Ireland with Prince Harry, expressed her opinion on the abortion debate in the country thus inviting flak online. The event took place months after the royal wedding and saw the attendance of close-knit members of the family, although Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip couldn't be present.

Louis appeared to be awake, still tucked in his mother's arms, while George and Charlotte once again held Prince William's hands.

Many people watching the service at home found Meghan's pose rude, according to the Daily Mail, with one person on Facebook writing, "Duchess of Sussex has her legs crossed wrong".

However, when the duo ventured onto the soccer pitch to meet with the city's young fans, it became apparent that Markle had made a major fashion faux pas through her choice of footwear.

And now that Markle is also part of the royal family, she has also shared some sweet moments with Prince Harry's grandmother.

Wearing a white dress by Alexander McQueen, Kate pairs the dress with a hat by Jane Taylor, while the Duchess of Sussex wears dark green Ralph Lauren, and a hat by Stephen Jones. They were photographed greeting each other with huge smiles on their faces.

The christening was the first time that the Cambridges have been seen as a family of five, as both Prince George and Princess Charlotte attended their little brother's big day. She also wore her hair in a low chignon, topped with a white, flowered headpiece.

Nothing gets past Princess Charlotte.
