Arsenal without four senior players for Premier League opener against Man City

Both Clubs have been through great change since then of course, most recently when Wenger's 22-year reign came to end at the end of the last campaign, with new boss Unai Emery providing Pep Guardiola and City with a fresh challenge first up in the Premier League. But in these two moments in the match we need to work.

"I'm not sure because I am going to decide tomorrow [Saturday] on the first 11, but Ainsley is the player who started the last match against Lazio".

It's hard to see England global Danny Welbeck getting anywhere near the pitch with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in front of him this season, and the Gunners should consider offloading him today.

Manchester City have only won two of their last nine visits to the Emirates, one of those wins though was last season's 3-0 victory where the Citizens were three goals ahead in the first 33 minutes.

"For that, we are working this week and preparing for this game and preparing for the opposition against City as a collective and as individual players".

"I have a lot of respect for his career, starting from the bottom and making an excellent career, winning titles and making his teams hard". I am not a special guy but I am so good at working, working, working a lot and they have to work too.

While many fans will be licking their lips at watching the likes of Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane lead the line for their respective teams this season, there is one Gabonese striker whose goal-poaching qualities shouldn't be underestimated going into the new Premier League campaign.

"That's the basic principle". Maybe Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea can do their job better - but if we do our job, we will be there. But if we do our job, we will be there.

The Croatian World Cup hero would be a welcomed addition to the lacklustre Arsenal backline, a problem which Emery has highlighted as his side's biggest weakness over the summer transfer window. "No way", said Guardiola. We can not deny the other contenders.

Arsenal players have admitted that they are doing double training sessions under the new manager than in the past as they have posted pictures of themselves exhausted after tiring sessions and Arsenal's director of high performance says that Unai Emery has made some significant changes to the training methods used at the training grounds.

"Or Manchester United. People ask how will they do, but I know a little bit about the manager and in that situation how good they handle that".

"We can be excellent but the others can be excellent too".
