She released the tape to NBC's Today programme, in which Mr Trump appears to admit he only learnt of her sacking from watching the news. The Guardian also notes that Omarosa does not write in the book that she has ever heard him say the word, either on tape or in person. But he added: "This is a modern day form of communication and I know the Fake News Media will be working overtime to make even Wacky Omarosa look legitimate as possible".

She was canned from the White House last December. "Oh, oh, cheese and crackers, I- I don't love that you are leaving but, but I do love cheese and crackers'".

On Twitter, Trump declared Monday that she had been "fired for the last time", a reference to her appearances on his reality TV show.

President Donald Trump and former aide Omarosa Manigault Newman faced off Monday in a messy clash that involved an explosive tell-all book, secret recordings and plenty of insults - reviving their roles as reality show boss and villain.

"She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok".

"Just having him call me out of my name, call me a lowlife, say that I'm not intelligent, this is what he does when it comes to African-Americans", she said. But then as the campaign started getting details about why she was let go - that's when it became clear - she wasn't going to come back on board'.

"I don't have that word in my vocabulary and never have", the tweet continued. "The fact that she tape recorded various conversations, that's going to add more drama to the story if things come out about Trump making inappropriate statements", said Prof O'Connor.

She refused, and Kelly was forced to fire her, unnamed White House aides told Politico.

"It's incredible that for two years these folks have been reaching out to me, and I guess I was in denial", Manigault-Newman added.

My name is Lynne Patton and I am a senior official in the Trump Administration.

But the 2016 NDA didn't yet include future Vice President Mike Pence and his family members under the non-disparagement umbrella, the campaign official said, so she was given an updated version to sign.

Donald Trump presented the show, and Manigault Newman was one of the people competing on it.

Manigault Newman's recordings have also caused political problems for Trump, dominating American headlines for days - and she told NBC that there are "absolutely" more audio files. She said Trump used the racial slur to describe Kwame Jackson, a fellow contestant on the "Apprentice's" first season.

In the recording with Kelly, which Manigault Newman quotes extensively in her new book, Kelly can be heard saying that he wants to talk with her about leaving the White House.

Lotter said he had a "fine relationship" with Manigault Newman during her tenure at the White House, and said he isn't aware of any recordings of the Vice President.

Perino said taping people in the Situation Room "puts our national security at risk".

Manigault Newman also speculates about the "pussy bow" blouse Melania wore at one of the presidential debates in 2016, which took place right after the leak of the notorious "Access Hollywood" tape in which Trump made lewd comments about women.

In addition, Manigault Newman may have broken a nondisclosure agreement that everyone in the West Wing must sign, Kellyanne Conway said on August 12.

Trump said in an August 13 tweet that Manigault Newman indeed signed such an agreement.
